I keep getting these e-mails from eBay (it's a very long post and all content from the e-mail has been italicized):

Does anyone else have these e-mails??

If not, then, in that case, some how, I've just randomly been the person that people complain to eBay through... I'm pretty sure it's SPAM, because all of them say this exact message:

"hello, Give me some answer`s please: What happened with my item , i have allready payed you by PayPal . i'm a bit confused about this .Please respond now or i will contact eBay and report you"

What is this all about?? Can anyone tell me??

If you view the source code of the message, you'll see that the link for 'Respond Now' does not actually link to Ebay, but somewhere else designed to look like Ebay. Its a phishing scheme trying to get your Ebay account info. Just delete it. You could try to report it to Ebay, but there isn't much that can be done except get the Internet provider to drop the account. That won't work if its hosted in China or some other country though.

Well, they won't have much luck, because, as far as I know, I have absolutely NOTHING to do with eBay. I.e. I'm not a member.

Most of the time these e-mails are sent from hacked or stolen accounts anyway.  So you can't accurately trace these things.

By dropping the account, I don't mean the email account, I mean the Hosting account. Some ass buys a static IP to put a temp Apache server up with a fake Ebay frontend just to steal login information. Finding out who hosts the IP address and sending an angry email to the admin is the way to handle it. Though if the FBI had its shit together they would be the ones I'd like to see get involved so they can drop by the offender's domicile and pick the turd up for mail fraud.
