Anyway, I had a few maps of unknown origin on my hard drive and I thought maybe others had some too that were worth sharing despite not being allowed to be posted on the site without knowing who made them.

(for the N64, this map is a hand-drawn map of the castle and surrounding areas done by JorgeFuentes; it's strictly supposed to propose an arrangement for the various levels in the games and is thus aesthetic only. I don't mind as I've always found the design for Castlevania really interesting, especially that final staircase):
