Topic: Entire site loading too slow

Is anyone else having an issue with the site taking too long to load? I think it may have to do with way too many links on one page. For example, loading the NES Maps Index page takes forever

Clicking on that link and it takes a long time for the entire page to load because each game with all of those hyper links are loading.

I think since there are so many maps you are going to have to redo the entire site to where each game has its own individual page for maps, like NES Maps does

When you click on a link from NES Maps it is an individual page for each game. That way you are not having to wait for the images, and all of the hyperlinks to load. Some of these games have 50 to 100 maps per game, you have to wait for all of these links to load just to see the game you are looking for which may only have 5 maps.

It will take you a long time to do, but for the better of the site I think each game needs its own page, rather than all of the links on 1 index page. There are too many URL's in the coding of these index pages, thus making it difficult to load the pages quickly.

It's bad, but I think there might be something else going on with the site. I normally have to wait 20-30 seconds to get the SNES index to load, but today it keeps stalling after minutes of waiting and only loading through the C's or D's...

Odd, the NES page loads really quickly for me. And while pages like the SNES index do take a bit sometimes, but I imagine it's just due to the sheer size of it. I actually have more difficulty with the forums loading.
