I’ve been nasty sick for the past few days. So I haven’t had much time to update. Not much to update with, I haven’t been getting any contributions. But that might also be because my Hotmail inbox was suddenly full of junk and might not have received anything new. So if you sent me anything this whole past week, you might have to send it again if you didn’t get a reply from me.

For some reason, I see a lot of anonymous logins to the FTP for the SSBM video. Please log in with the proper user name and password, seeing as how you can’t get in as anonymous anyway. If you are using Internet Explorer to access the FTP site and it shows you "Page cannot be displayed", try refreshing the page. Another side note, our unique page hits have increased by about 3500 since the video came out, yet map contributions and Punch-Out!! Sequel Petition signings are still at a minimum. Let JonLeung know if you have a pixel perfect map that we don’t have here. Let us know about your WIP (work-in-progress) maps in the forum!

Since no one could be bothered with reading these news, I put all the vital info about the FTP and an unofficial mirror (thanks to DarkSerge2002), two more places where you can download the SSBM video mentioned in the Special Stuff section. Get it now, you now have no excuse not to.

And for goodness sakes, get the DivX 5 codec from www.divx.com if you can’t see the proper image in the video!

I don’t know why JMTL didn’t mention it – maybe he wants you to go to the forum to find out about it there, when he does post it – that we have an FTP set up to get the SSBM video since you can’t get it straight from this site for the time being. However, it could also be that the FTP site probably won’t be up for most of this weekend, so hang tight, everyone.

Woo-hoo! The secret’s out! I’ve been working on this video of the hidden characters of Super Smash Bros. Melee for 5 months (off and on)! I mean, the original 14 characters get to have a special movie created for them, so I thought, why not the others? Go to the Special Stuff section to download it. Now, it might not be online for long, considering our limited bandwidth, so I may go and purchase some more bandwidth… if you guys will go click on the banners and maybe sign up for some of those offers!

We have a new affiliate, NES Horsemen, which has some oldschool gaming humour. I’ve added a new texture of Samus for Animal Crossing which you can find in the Special Stuff section, but even that’s not as cool as what my brother is going to be putting up very soon…
